Who's hormones are we talking about? Yours or you parents? Young love girl, do what you want to. Date the guy and have him talk to your dad! Let him win your dad's heart, and your in there. Don't let something like that ruin your chances dating this guy. If you really want to date him. THEN DO IT......

if i were u and he was really hot i would just say to my parents im goin to the movies with a bunch of friends (he will say the same thing to his parents) and ur parents will drop u off at the movies (his parents will do the same) nad u meet eachother inside. after the movie is ovr u call ur mom/dad to pick u up (but the guy has to be on the other side of the movie theater). and if they ask where is ur friends say they already left. hope this helps

Go on chaperoned dates with a parent. Age limits are for a reason. It takes time for you to mature enough to be able to make the right choices. Don't worry. You have plenty of time.

If your parents don't allow you to date in your young age, it's normal. You can still email with him and become best friends until you get older.

Ask your parents for their advice. If you don't think you can talk to them call someone, (a female), that is older and can help you make the right choice. Be careful. The choices you make today will make a difference tomorrow.

Go on group dates with friends and just hang out. Or just Go out secretly without your parents knowing just say you are going to a friends house or going out with friends. Whatever excuse sounds believable to your parents to get out of the house.

get two empty cans and tie a string to each can. You take one can and he can take the other can. You can sit in your bedrooms late at night and talk to one another. AWWWW, how sweet.
