I gave my soon to be ex the benefit of the doubt - he lied to the court about how much money he makes - but we made an agreement the next day for him to pay the childsupport and the daycare! He hasnt - so since we built the business together - I decided to take him to court to put the childsupport where it should be and considering his history of making (or not making) payments I am also going to take as much in value from his as possible. He doesnt visit our child or spend quality time with our little one more than maybe 20 minutes a month! In 6 months he paid less than one month worth of child support and is conctantly late with the daycare!

Had he actually done what he said he would to - I would have left him alone!

Heres the thing, there's this guy I like at church and I was going to tell him I liked him last sunday, but then I backed out because he was hanging out with his friend the whole entire time. And I was think of a way I can approach him of something I can do in case that happens again because I just want to tell him already. And I was thinking of going up to him and asking him to meet me outside after church .. and then when he asks why I brought him out there for I could say like " well I just wanted to ask you something... would would you do if a girl told u she liked u?" and then let the conversation go from there.. Guys- what would u think if a girl did that to you? Is it a good idea? Does anyone have any better ideas so I can get him alone?

I accussed my ex of cheating on the job with one of the secretaries. My husband left me 6/6 asked for a divorce and moved into his own apartment at the complex he and she work and live. We had been fighting but I had no idea he was going to up and move. He didn't call all week. By Sunday he called to aplogize and say he loved me etc.I told him to come over and get the rest of his things because by that time I had accepted that it was over. He came over and started kissing me and we had sex. This week he began calling me every lunch break and every evening asking me to come over, saying bring our daughter over ( 3m/o) I came over once and brought our daughter. He satrted calling me asking for sex again everynight. On Friday night I showed up at his door 1am. We had sex for 3 hours things he had never done before, and we continued all weekend. He is telling me I love you soo much. I love your (p***y) I am thinking was he cheating B4.Why does he love it so much now? Should I stop sex?

I'm looking for a book with a good plot, tough, too. Not just one of those romance novels.

I want to get married someday, but I don't want to have children. I hope to find the love of my life who has the same feelings. I was just wondering if having kids is part of getting married.

Mine is blowing my nose really loudly. It drives my husband crazy, but I find it too satisfying to stop. Do you have any habits, either gross, wierd, or funny, which you can't seem to stop doing, no matter what people say?

Ok, my girl is having problems. Her parents treated her badly and finally her dad told her to move out. Well, she stayed with me until she got her own place and now she's miserable because her mom is giving her a hard time. Her mom wanted this for her and told her this would be a good experience. Well now her mom is mad at her because she doesn't stay at home. She has responsibilities now and she's trying her best to please everyone while she's miserable. She told me last night that she missed her mom and wanted to go home because her apartment doesn't feel like home. Her roommate is a total ***** so that makes it harder on her. She is sad and I don't know how to make it better for her. I try to do things to take her mind off of it but I know she's only pretending to be happy. I love her deeply and I want to help her but I don't know how. This seems like something only she and her mom can work out. She loves her mom so much after all they have put her through and I don't get it.

My best friend and I have been friends since we were in the 1st grade way before my "friend" joined into the group. Everything was going fine, when my mom forced me to take a scholarship exam in school. I unexpectedly passed, so I was transfered to another section away from my best friend. So now my "friend" and my best friend are now currently hanging more with each other since they're classmates. I dont get much chance to talk with my best friend so often now due to my studies.
And when I do get the chance, my "friend" always comes along and tries to desperately butt in, scared half to death that I might take my original "best friend" away from her.How in the world that thought got in, she has quite a temper, I usually would spend a lot of time thinking of ways of helping my best friends to make peace with her everytime she gets mad at them with no acceptable or good reason at all!

She may seem like a nice and pretty girl...but once you get to know her, another story...

My sister was court ordered to let my nephew (her son) go visit with his father for one week. His father picked him up on June 11 and was suppose to have him back on June 18th. He called and told her that he didn't have transportation or money to bring him back. (he lives in Ga. my sis lives in NC). Last year he did the same thing, My sister sent money for him to bring my nephew back. Well this man also refuses to pay child support. Is there anything that can be done to him legally to get this child back in the state with his mother where he lives?

My girl likes to dance and sometimes we go out dancing together, but if she's with a group of her friends she may drink and dance with other guy friends. She hasn't really hid this from me & she tells me I'm the only one who matters, that she cares so much about me, and she was just out having some fun. Other than this we have a pretty great relationship. The only reason it bothers me is because one of these guy friends has a serious history of hitting on her... I'm not a violent guy but it make me want to knock him out.

What would you do in this situation? Would you be bothered? Or should I just suck it up and get over it?
