i was in a relationship for almost 2 years we broke up like in jan i still think of her alot and from wat her sis tells me she feels the same but not like i do i still love her but i wanna try to make things work again how do i do that wen we talk only lik once or twice a month isnt that kinda hard wen we really don talk as much anymore. she says she just wants to be friends wat do i do and how do i get her back!!!!!

Has anyone been with someone they really loved, like seriously loved- thought they were the 'one', but then met the actually 'right' person after that? What was the time span and how long did it take to make the past memories non active... ?

I think youth is fantastic, however, I have to search through a large number of questions that are geared towards the younger generation. For those of us over 40 to share our views with someone half our age is like being a parent again. If they don't listen to their parents, they probably will not listen to us.

I feel a "more mature" catagory would provide better opportunities for questions and answers.

What do you think?

My mother-in-law doesn’t think I am good enough for her only child, but she is nice to my face since the day I married her son so I visit with her and intend to let her see our future children as long as she respects our boundaries.

I don’t like her, I think she is judgmental, she thinks her son is perfect, she is a miserable person, she tries to manipulate my husband and control him. She is a religious hypocrite and throws fits about not wanting religious children. She thinks she is too young to be a grandmother at 50, and was relieved to find out I wasn’t pregnant with her son’s child since she didn’t want me to even be married to him let alone have his child!

I really think she doesn’t have a good heart, she is just not a good person. I don’t like her, but she is in my life because she is the mother of my husband and she will be the grandmother of my children, so how do I deal with her being around?

I have been married for 1 yr. now and I do not have a sex drive. I have been to my dr. and he said there is nothing wrong with me. I am doing good to have sex with my husband 2 times a month if that. I v a 7 year old son. Yesterday his teacher invited me to the school. She told me that yesterday morning while everyone else was waiting to enter the school, she had noticed a scream and upon following the voice, she had found my little son in the class trying to take a girl's clothes off. When she had asked him why he had done that thing, my son had told her crying that I had told him to do so. I am not such an idiot but I wonder what the teacher is thinking about me.

I am having trouble friend wise because I don't get along with girls, but every time I try to have a guy as a friend he ends up falling in "love" (or lust) with me and I lose him as a friend becuse I won't date him.

I am 31 years old and divorced since last year. I don't flirt or lead guys on.. I am just myself. I have had too much happen in my life to pretend to be someone else. I am a single mom who has worked hard because I want my daughter raised the right way and don't rely on anyone else or try and get guys to pay for anything for me. I am a firefighter/emt and truck driver, but everyone tells me I definitly don't fit the profile for this. I had one guy tell me how amazed he was at me because with my looks and personality I had every right to be conceited and enjoy my poularity, but I don't want it. I waould rather be out on an ambulance helping someone than going to parties and meeting guys.

What do I do ( I really do NOT flirt, etc.) to keep guys as only friends?

He calls me a brat for doing nothing, he hits me for no apparent reason, he is selfish and mean. If its not about him its worthless and if he doesn't get his way he pouts.... He never admits he is wrong because as his little sister, I'm ALWAYS the one doing something wrong. I'm 13 and he is 16. My parents know I HATE him (literaally) but they won't do anything. He didnt anwser his phone when I called and when I did call he dropped the calls then cut the phone off? Then when he came in the house his phone was back on(he came in the house at 10a.m the next day) . I'm wondering Guys gals does that sound like he was out cheating or just a misunderstanding?
