get together with your girlfriends this weekend, get real drunk, make sure that your friends dont let you go with a guy. Cry, smoke cigarettes, fall down, make a fool out of yourself.

Sleep it off.

Go to the gym everyday. Get fit and get those endorphins kicking.

Spend more time at work. Start kicking *ss.

Then start going to business networking meetings.

You will be fine.

Well just do fun things like going out with your friends even if you are not feeling like it, do it and then when your out you dont even think about it your ex just enjoy life dont sweat it it just another guy that didnt deserve you. Keep in my mind dont let your emotions take over you and yes it is going to take time but you will get over it. Just keep yourself busy.
