just tell him like you just said...tell him you feel that way and see if he is up for it. I'm sure everytime you talk he thinks about how much he wants to have sex with you.

Whoa, the best friend thing huh? Well, first you want to make sure if you're relationship is going to be ok after you have him as a best friend. Because if you date a best friend and then later break up with him, will you friendship stays the same or will it go sour? If you can answer this than you can do it.
All you need to do is tell him to shut up for a second and then kiss him. And then tell him how you feel.

Best friend well it's a risk. It may turn out to be a great relationship becasue there are so many things that you 2 both know about each other, but if the affectionate offer isn't returned it may put the brakes on youre freindship. Now you never know he may feel the same way, so I say give it a shot.

If he is your best friend he should not be harsh about not wanting to kiss you. However, you do run the risk of destroying your friendship. Or even starting a romance.

Don't think about kissing him, just do it. If he responds positively then your in. If he doesn't, at least you know and you can choose to move on or stick around until he realizes he could be missing out on someone great. Don't wait to long, because if he doesn't come around then that means you deserve someone better.

see this is why i never believe people when they say were just friends. its not possible for a guy and girl to be friends... but to your question... you don't tell him, just give him sutle signs if your prepared to lose your friendship. smile alot at his corny jokes, stand really close touch his leg. he will get the idea and if wants to kiss you he will.

just tell him how you feel about him. you never know he may like you and be afraid to tell you how he feels about you. don't let this chance pass you by to tell your best friend you want to kiss him.
if he is your friend he will understand and still be your friend.

you need to consider your friendship ,if you know that he wouldn't mind you making a move like that than just do it. but if you know he likes you as a friend than ask him if he would ever consider you more than a friend. then of course you'll have your answer.
i think if you like him you'll always think about kissing him and maybe that's something you'll have to get use to.

just do it. i had the same problem not to long ago, and it got to the point i couldn't hold it back anymore and i kissed his and now we are together with a baby boy on the way.
