My boyfriend will sometimes say things I don't think are very nice. For example took him to a guitar store, and I sat in this seat and he roughly demands me to get up. That morning I asked him why we where watching something and he said "because ****** nee to see the weather. How much is too much?

Not asking philosophically, but practically: when people say "Don't bring up the past," where does the past end? I've had arguments with my husbands in which I might bring something up from two months ago or two hours ago, and he would say "Don't bring up the past." So, what's my quantitative measure of the past-present boundary?

I asked this question yesterday But i forgot to mention some important details..........

I just recieved an invitation to my cousins wedding for september.... I have a 4 1/2 month old baby.. BUT only my husband & I are invited!!! My daughter will be 7 1/2 months old when the wedding comes & I have no-one to babysit her (not that I'd want her baby sat anyway!!!) Im thinking of not going as im really dissapointed that she cant come... Its not as if they have to pay for her, or that she'll run around or anything! should we go or not? What would you do?

ADDED INFORMATION......
THERE IS GOING TO BE KIDS @ THE WEDDING IT IS NOT A KIDS FREE WEDDING!!!!!!! MY COUSIN JUST HAS A BIG FAMILY & DIDNT WANT TO INVITE EVERYONES KIDS!!!! I THINK IT SHOULD BE ALL OR NOTHING.... I MEAN I WOULD HAVE UNDERSTOOD IF IT WAS NO KIDS AT ALL...BUT ITS NOT! .... NOW WHAT WOULD YOU DO????

Im staying at my aunts house over the Summer and my 2nd cousin(my aunts cousin) has pretty much moved in.Hes sometimes really fun to hang out with and he takes me and my aunt out to dinner almost every night.But he is such a jerk!Like he took us to almost every thrift store in town and we wanted to go home and cook dinner for the kids he said no but then when we were done he wanted to go out to eat and we said no we needed to cook so then he got mad and then my big cousin calls and says we need food for dinner and we my 2nd coz to take us to Winn Dixie he says no so we end up having to make ham and cheese sandwhiches.And like everytime we are going some where in his car he will honk the horn at like every man we see(hes gay)And like today we were gonna go get breakfast he had his seat all the way back and me,Crystal and her daughter were supposed to sit in the back he wouldnt move his seat up and he said Crystal could hole her baby and when my aunt said no he just drove off!

I met another guy that i thought really liked me, and it was a friend w/ benefit relationship. He ended up hurting my feelings and i broke things off w/ him. My b/f of 7 yrs has never treated me right and i feel that we're together for our kids sakes. The other problem is that a part of me gets excited havin an extra relationship. A part of me wants to tell my b/f but another part doesnt want to see him get hurt because i dont think that it will be the last time i cheat on him. I have no where else to go so that is why i dont leave the relationship i'm in. Can anyone give me some good-hearted advice?
