I don't, I think you deserve to have an intimate relationship with anyone you love. But then you should also be of reasonable age and use condoms/pills. Be able to take responsibilty of your actions incase "unplanned" things happen.

I sometimes think that. When the sexual revolution started people had sex before marriage but usually got married eventually. In today's society people seem so much more casual about it. Although it may difficult to go without it until you are married it is probably the only way to get married because it seems if you have sex with someone they are in no hurry to get married. But of course in today's world of selfish people they would rather just move on to someone else without making a committment before having sex.

it depends on what you want

some people want to have compatability check. they see if they are both aligned in terms of conversations, lifestyle, and the way they do things. Even sex. They check if they are compatible in bed. Their reason behind this is, most probably, the person that he/she will be married to will be the person he/she wil be together with for the rest of his/her life. And sex is an issue where both should he at ease and compatible.

If you are tis kind of person, who want to secure that your future husband/wife is compatible to you. it is ok, to have sex before marriage.

However, some people value chastity and dignity. Where their virginity is the only gift tthey can give to their wives/husbands upon marriage.

If you are this kind ofp erson, sex should come after marriage.

hope my arguments would help you decide.

Waiting until you get married is the best feeling in the world. However, I wouldn't know how that feels because I am already sexually active. I am getting engaged in Feb. of next year and I will be married June of 2008..now I wish that I would have waited!

I defenetly do and my boyfriend totally accepts it :-)
But now it's easier anyways since he's in NC, and I'm in Florida and starting next Wednesday I'll be back in Germany...
But, yeah, I'm gonna wait til I'm married, it's my wedding present to my husband.

I think you should wait until marrage to have sex. The cheat on your spouse as much as you can get away with.

Yes. Leave father and mother, cleave to your spouse, and become one flesh (1). In that order.
