i used to have a substance abuse problem, ive since completed rehab and am 100 percent clean. i dropped all my "friends" and im trying to make new ones, any ideas?

He has one friend in particular who he talks to the most, his phone bill is loaded with her number and they have really long conversations.He knows I don't like her but he dosen't care. He even goes to her house with my daughter and dosen't tell me about it. What should I do, I am running out of ideas?

could give me some tips on how to rent a good place, etc.... We are going to be living in puerto rico and since we are both in college we dont have that much money to rent a expensive place. I would like to know if theres people here who had been through the same thing im going through and will like to give me some tips... how would we make it? for example can you give me some times on how to save money when you are a young newlywed????!!!

my parents are thinking of moving, and im not really sure i want to. i think it may be hard to make new friends and settle into a new area, and i dont want to leave my home now because i feel comftorable here. is there anyway i can make myself feel better about this? is moving hard?

my fried and i are kinda going after the same girl, he just doesnt know it yet. hes been dating this girl for not too long, there not so serious, and im not too sure if she even finds him attractive. do i have the right to step in and take her without him knowing until she breaks up with him(if she goes for me), or do i stay loyal to my not so loyal friend?

i have to tell her on aim because she usually doesnt stay single for very long. i was gonna do it at the beach in some caves at sunset, but she couldnt make it. so aim it is.
this is what i plan on saying to her tonight.
I have this friend who realy likes this girl. The girl has the prettiest blue eyes and beautiful blonde hair. He likes her more than any other crush. but whenever he tries and tell her
he just wimps out. Hes never told a girl that he even likes her before, so he doesnt know what to expect. he hopes
that she will at least give him a chance. but mostly, its not cuz hes shy or anything, its cuz he hopes that
even if she says no that they can still be friends. hes scared it would be too weird.

A little appreciation never hurt anyone. I drive over 50 miles to suprise him with lunch at work. I write him cards, let him use my car while he is looking for a new one, and I have even planned a very nice picnic where i auctually myself made the food,(this is a big feat because I can't cook.) I would just like to be suprised myself with a handful of flowers or a kiss or something. Every time I say something about it he appoligizes about it and then does it again. What do I do?

My 12 yo son is currently in summer school for the failure of 6th grade. I am more upset that he lied about doing good in scool than not getting good grades. I can deal with not having a smart child ..its the lying that hurts...he has no reason to lie..we do not spank our child...so far he is grounded till summer school is over....no tv, no friends,no vidieo games..etc...we had a week long trip to Las Vegas planned now that is off..and a few other trips..that will be canceled...My wife and I will now be going on vacation without him...Am I being too harsh?

I don't understand why people are so stuck on having strangers like them who cares. Why do you have to dress to impress others, act differently, or speak differently just to fit in with others. Who cares. The main person you should being trying to impress is yourself. Any comments or thoughts?

I feel very stupid for asking but i need help.

the guy i really like right now, knows i really like him and he says he feels the same, but he won't ask me out because he says he's still "feeling this out" while he's feeling this out we have had s* e * x twice and he's always wanting to take me out and omg he always wants to chat.

I'm so embarrassed for her! What do I say when she gets home?
I looked out the window as she was walking to her car and her right panty-hose leg was completely dangling out of the bottom of her shorts, and I couldn't catch her before she drove off.
She's going shopping at the mall and doesn't have her cell with her.
I can't figure out if this is the funniest thing I've ever seen or if I feel sorry for her!!

When making wedding plans, wouldn't it be a good idea to make a premarital agreement that both parties will not withhold a relationship between grandparents and grandchildren in the event that there is a divorce in the future? Grandparents have none or very few rights in most states. If a divorce happens, the children usually go with the mother and the father's mother is usually left out of the loop.

I'm probably the worlds worst birthday christmas anniversary guy on the face of the planet. I don't want to disappoint my wife again this year like so many before.
