I'm so embarrassed for her! What do I say when she gets home?
I looked out the window as she was walking to her car and her right panty-hose leg was completely dangling out of the bottom of her shorts, and I couldn't catch her before she drove off.
She's going shopping at the mall and doesn't have her cell with her.
I can't figure out if this is the funniest thing I've ever seen or if I feel sorry for her!!
How do I tell her without embarrassing her? She'll faint....and what category would this fall under?

All worked out OK...she realized it when she got out of her car at the mall and had to 'fix herself' in the car. She just got home and I told her. We're rolling!

She shouldn't be driving intoxicated. Why is she wearing hose with shorts? If I were you, I'd tease her about it for the rest of her life, especially in front of new boyfriends.

Dang!!! If this is all true.....which is kinda hard to believe. But I know I have seen some really weird things that you think would never happen also.
So,
You should have done the right thing and told her right away as she was walking to her car.
Have you ever had people tell you that you tag is out of your shirt?
And.....didn't you appreciate them for telling you so you didn't look like a fool? Well, I hope so!
Just like you should have told your sister about her embarrassment!!!

Hey, the next time that you have a bug in your hair, or toilet paper on the bottom of your shoe ( in public) or something cruddy in your teeth.....I'm hoping that she won't tell you. But, she probably will because she wouldn't like you feeling the humiliation.
But, hey......there is always....karma
Oh and they don't have a 'schmuck' catagory to put this in..

The family catagory, and juts be frank with her. say somethin like "hey sis, when you were leaving i noticed your pantyhose leg was dangaling, I tried to tell you but you left to fast." By saying something like that, at least she will notice that you TRIED to help.

you should do the same with your panythose and wait for her to make fun of you...then point out her mistake. Or call the fashion police.
