my boyfriend is in prison for somthin he did not do he is only 16 he did not do the crime that people think he did. this girl just had sex w/ hiim and her mom found out so she said that he raped her what a ***** right? any way i want to get her back 4 lien like that what can i do so i wont get in trouble but still make her pay for what she did

He has been convicted of a crime he did not do, but since he has a past when he was younger (just theft nothing violent) he was basically assumed to be guilty. He was at first in a halfway house, and we got to see him regularly, nearly everyday and he could still work but something happened, though not his fault, and he has been kicked out of the program and is now in jail and I fear that he is going to prison now. I don't know what to do or how to deal with this. I am very depressed right now and hate how unfair the world is. Our two kids, especially the older one (he's three) need their dad. He is the best dad in the world and a great husband. The oldest needs his dad and is very close with him and asks about him all the time. I am not handling this very well. any advise about dealing?

theres a guy i went to jr high school with,we were pretty good freinds,though he liked me in a romantic way. its been 10 years since then and i,ve never forgot him and for some reason lately the thoughts have gotten more intense and constant. what i want to know is is it possible he could have thought about me in all this time? what do you guys think ?

I love him so much, but we have no much animosity between us from things that he has done to me, and things I have done to him.
Should I just deal with all the hurt and move on with him, or without him? its so hard because we go like 3 days with being happy and then all of a sudden it all crashes down and makes me have an emotional breakdown. I ahve never felt like this because it hurts so bad to think I will nver have him again in my life...

Ok Heres my problem, Ive fallen for a girl I've known for what seems like ever. actually been falling for a while now. Shes my best net friend and she says I am to. We're both a little on the shy side, but I'm more so than her. Ive never had a relationship so im not sure how to really even go about it. I lock up when talking to girls and feel like a moron, I dont want to screw this up especially with her because if i do, I run the risk of losing the friendship as well. She does say she likes me, but heres what puzzles me. When Im around she ignores me entirely anymore, nothing like how we used to be. Talking for hours on end, joking, flirting ect. Shes asked me before if I liked her as more than a friend but my foolish self beat around the bush like a scared child. I cant do anything without her on my mind and her ignoring me now only furthers my insanity lol Any advice? she also seems like she wants to meet me but I get the feeling shes making excuses not to. Should I give up?

My bf brother, is jeaslous of our realtionship, real case of the Jason's Lyrics.
