I know you do not want to hear this, you should just leave well enough alone.
If you are "wanting to get her back....and not get in trouble"...forget about it...you will get in trouble....Is it worth both of you getting in trouble over this one person?
Be the better person and move on...living in the past, keeps you in the past...use your energy to see how you can make things better for you and your boyfriend for the future.
