My fellow americans if we don't stop global warming It may be the beginning of the end for the planet. ThenWe can't blame the goverment for our own wrong doing. This is not a debate .This is a real problem.

With all the Global warming going on at the moment, I believe they have predicted the ice will melt in the next 100 years. Do you believe this or do you think it might end sooner?

Most cities in India have extreme temperatures where Energy saving eco-friendly concepts as rediscovered by Laurie Baker are best suited yet there seem no takers??
In fact the Governments should offer subsidy to encourage this construction technology.

Why produce thousands, millions, of vehicles that NEED some sort of energy. Why not concentrate on LOW COST, LOW EMISSION, high quality, ON TIME Mass Transportation???

Why not make mass transit like a StarBucks on wheels? Morning coffee sitting at a table, on your ride to work.

Different theme transports:

go to work on THE MAKE A LIVING MASS TRANSPORT

for family friendly travel, ME AND THE KIDS ON THE GO

for those who don't want chatty folks interrupting, cruise along in THE LIBRARY CAR, or THE NEWS STAND EXPRESS

handicap travel? THE WHEELCHAIR WELCOME WAGON

teens? TRAVEL GREEN TEENS

And don't give me ANY of those answers about "people don't want... blahblahblah."

Provide the solution... see what happens... sort of like Field of Dreams -- IF YOU BUILD IT THEY WILL COME.

OOOH OOOH -- what an opportunity for short films! THE THEATER SEAT
for kids and families -- THE CARTOON CAR

Make it cool. Make it happen... easily and affordable!!

I know it's annoying when someone asks for help with schoolwork, but does anyone know where I can find some articles on the environment that are written with a bias? Please, I'd really appreciate it.

so I went out and bought 2 pallets of bulk charcoal to cook-out every night this summer (weather permitting). Since I am going to save electricity, the power plant will burn less and save the planet from global warming. Shouldn't everyone with an electric stove be doing this?

Every once in a while I will get an e-mail that basically says, lets stick it to the oil companies, or take a walk on the green side, don't buy gas next Tuesday (or what ever day). How can not buying gas on any given day accomplish either of the previously mentioned goals when gas is still being consumed? Don't you think it would be better to have a walk to work day, ride your bike to work day, car-pool day, or take a bus to work day, so less gas is being consumed?

I am aware about the argument that melting North Pole ice will not contribute to raising sea levels since it’s not land based ice and the buoyancy of ice is higher than melted water. Land based South Pole ice and melting land based glaciers will contribute to rising sea levels. But what's about the rise in global temperature? Will that not increase the evaporation rate of sea water and offset the rise of sea levels through thawing land based ice sheets?

Especially if you were gareenteed an immidiate decrease in your current bills by having the rent lower then the costs of grid power where you are by 10 or 20 percent? Especially if it was hassle free? Would you do other green upgrades to your house or business if it lead to lower monthly bills like this? Should companies sell there products like this, sort of like car dealerships?
