is it possible to become a nursery teacher with no qualifications? i'd love to do it but fear i would already need to have a degree under my belt. i'm 27 and have just an unimpressive gnvq in an unrelated subject to my name!!! is there a glimmer of hope?

i have been working as ateacher for 12 years.
although people say i am a brilliant teacher,i dont like teaching for many reasons some of them are
it consumes my energy and health
children have different problems and levels to deal with everyday
too many periods per week
what makes me keep it is the big salary i receive and teaching is my field as a graduate from the college of education

attend on the class bcus i have to attend other classes and i forgote to inform about that to the teacher. But my teacher allowed me another time to give that exam by submitting an application(bcus wasnt able to give the exams before).

Now i sit on my chair and cant get that what shud be written on the application..?should it be like this- " i wasnt able to attend the exam for *********************
if i write this. then what should i write on the next line as a reason?

I have a group of kids that I have to mentor and write evaluations on every week. Well my boss says that I am not being insightful enough and I need to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses more. What kinds of activities can I do to help me evaluate their strengths and weaknesses? I was thinking like a learning styles test but we have to do an activity every day so I need more ideas.

I have tried to let her sit in her dirty diaper and it jus doesnt phase her, she knows that she went in her pants but jus smirks and its almost like its a game to her, cuz she laughs and continues her play.... any advice??
