ok, so i have a 3 yr old daughter who refuses to use the potty, and when i try to put her on the potty she kicks and screams and crys, and sometimes goes pee but a majority of the time there is nothing in the toilet. I have caught her quite a few times standing straight up with a red face pooping in her pants and i have hauled her off to the potty, but still no results. I have tried to make pottytime fun for her with books, toys, games and even sitting in the bathroom while she goes or attempts to go. I have tried a star potty chart and rewarding her with good deeds, but still no good results. I have also tried the approach every 30 mins put her on the potty with 30 minutes off. I even ask her if she wants to use the potty and she tells me yes but still goes in her pants. I have tried underwear too, i even went to the store with her and let her pick her underwear out but still she is not going potty. I dont know what more to do, im at my last limb and am so frustrated with her

Research in resilience indicates that even if ONE teacher takes a special interest in a high risk student (behaviorally and academically), that student seems to become a more responsible learner. Most successful people in the world trace back their success to (usually) ONE special teacher who touched and changed their lives.

I have a friend who would like to get a job teaching English as a second language in Oregon. Does anyone know what the qualifications would be? My friend is reasonably fluent in Spanish and is one year short of a degree in Spanish. Also, What is the job market for a ESL teacher in Oregon?
