Microsoft Office has a program that allows PowerPoint presentations with slides. I don't know about animations.

when you do a google search for your topic, under "advanced setting" select why type of file you are looking for (ppt). Then all of the returned options will be ppt files, and if you have ppt on your computer then you can save and modify as needed. Technically this is copywright infring...but if I take someone's slide (that THEY loaded on the net) then I leave in a reference at the bottom).
Mostly this is great for getting ideas and seeing how other can do it differently.
