I went to France as a senior in HS (NOT the best experience, basically I regret it), so I'm hoping college SA will be better because there is more freedom. I'm thinking of these locations:
1. Hungary (Budapest) or 2. Singapore...which one is a better choice?

If a foreigner would like to do his/her highschool in Germany, is it also free? If yes, how can one qualify and apply? If it's partially covered, what is paid and what is not? What kind of visa? Is there any reference / website?
Thank you

I would really like to spend some time in France or Switzerland learning French. Since I've already graduated college, what's the best way to fund something like this? Could I stay with a local family? Would it be difficult to find a job?
