I would go with Northwerstern, but there's also U of Chicago, Rush, and U of Illinois.

Others worth looking into are Loyola, Rosalind Franklin and Midwestern (that last one is osteopathic)

I don't know if it is the best, but it's the biggest and celebrating it's 125th year: UIC: University of Illinois College of Medicine.

College Celebrates 125th Anniversary

COllege of Medicine 125 YearsAn autumn day in 1882 marks the date when a small but industrious group of physicians opened the doors to the College of Physicians and Surgeons, the precursor to the UIC College of Medicine. To commemorate this most significant date, please mark Oct. 5 on your calendar to join us for our 125th Anniversary Gala celebration at Chicago’s Union Station: a spectacular venue to hold such an illustrious celebration. This date coincides with our annual fall reunion and all alumni and friends of the college are cordially invited to attend. It promises to be a brilliant evening!
