What do you mean by an English curse?
Do you mean a curse in English?
Do you mean a curse that the English (people from England) use?
Or do you mean pronouncing a curse on the English (like, woe to you Englishmen!)

Make an English curse? I guess you'd have to talk to some wiccans who're from England...

hahaha your question made us to curse your question also. ehehehe.
i guess you want to learn english course abroad like in UK or in USA. if you are capable to support yourself to study abroad then you can or else get a sponsor there to support your studies. for more info go to your nearest embassy/immigration and ask the requirements for a studend visa.

You could step on their toes. That would probably make any Englishman curse anywhere.

if you step on a English's toes, he might curse. If you insult his Queen, he might even get violent.
