I was extremely sick for 2 weeks. It started out as a bladder infection, then kidney infection.. thenn I had an allergic reaction to the antibiotics. The antibiotics then gave me a yeast infection and it spread to my mouth causing huge white sores in my mouth and it hurt too bad to talk or eat. I lost 15 pounds from all of this and they still wouldn't give me the excuses for school.

*None of the doctors were ever able to cure my mouth. It lasted for 2-2.5 wks which had to clear up on it's own.

What can I do? My university needs them asap.

I am currently a mature student studying Civil Engineering. I find Mathematics quite difficult and would really like some advice on any way that I could help myself improve on this subject. Maybe you could recommend some books, method of study, or ways of remembering different things. I do study very hard but find I forget things very quick. Or is it that I am just not cut out for all this.

A friend of mine took his citizenship exam and it said that the Texas flag is the only flag that can be flown at full mast along with the U.S. flag. Only because Texas is a republic, not a state.

Right everyone... I'm auditioning for the production of too much punch for Judy. The part i'm auditioning for is Judy, I need to learn a cockney accent but there's a big problem im broad Yorkshire and rubbish at accents! I was wondering if any of you know a website that you type in what you need to say and it speaks cockney back to you.

2morrow i have to do a drama piece in english and i h8 standing up in front of the class because i get very nervous while i speak and while im standing up as well cause i start rocking side to side like nob head and it doesnt help because some of the people in my class i dont realli like and i know they are going to take the p***

Engineering hasn't been a life long dream or anything, but I have a feeling that it's something I want a career in. Like I said, I don't have a 4.0 GPA or anything, I get pretty good grades. I'm like an average student I guess, school matters but so does fun and friends. Will I still be able to make it? Or should I save myself the trouble and decide on another career now, while I still have the option?
