you need to know the examining board

usually you should get in touch with the college where you sat your exams. they should hold your certificates for a couple of years after they have received them from the relevant exam board.
If it has been some years and the college does not have them you should write to the examination board giving full details of the exams, dates and reason why the certificates no longer exist.. they will not issue duplicate certificates but they MIGHT provide a letter confirming subject/ grades for a fee.
