I have memorized the prolouge for Romeo and Juliet and now I have to say it for extra credit. We can either say it for our teacher for 50 points or in front of the class for 75 points. I do not like saying things in front of people but I really need the extra credit. But then again the thought of being in a room with my english by myself scares me because she is creepy.(can you say awkward) What should I do? I cannot decide which way is less creepy!

Did you learn in high school the official way with all your fingers on the keyboard? Through a software (like Mavis Beacon)? Or did you teach yourself by typing only with 2 fingers (both index fingers)?

ok i have a math teacher who loses every ones paper (so i am not the only one this has happened to) but anyways she lost my paper and i have to do it over again and i failed the semester...i am very angy because she says that i did not turn it in but i know i did and she doesnt care and it happenes to every one it her class
what can i do about that? should i tell anyone? and should the principle do anyhting about it?

I am planning to go back to school this winter or spring. I was in college for a year in the Philippines, and then I moved up here in Seattle. Ive been here for a year now, and that should take care my residency status as a WASHINTONIAN, I have a greencard, I work fulltime and now im planning to go back to school. I need to write an essay for a school im applying to on the pros and cons of dress codes. Well i have all the information needed in writing a GREAT essay but i dont know how to start off my introduction and thats really the most important part of an essay because it is what catches the readers attention.

Well, i would appreciate it if someone would give me a great introduction of the pros and cons of dress codes. Oh, I would appreciate it if the introduction was 4-5 sentences, Plz someone help me.

Oh, and dont tell me "do your own work" because yahoo answers is designed so that we can help each other and i would REALLY much APPRECIATE it if u can help me.

question about becoming a writer!?
Im 15 and I want to become both a writer and a social studies for college students. I was talking with my mom today, and she said that the first few times i will, more than likely, get my books rejected. She said that after i make 2 or 3 good books i will be well known and then they will publish all of my books.. Is this true? And also, since i want to be a social studies teacher, do you think i could do both? Just in case you want to know, i love teaching, i love social studies and i love writing.. thanks
