Aesthetics is a branch of philosophy. One probably would not go for an undergraduate degree in aesthetics, but rather in philosophy in general. According to the American Society for Aesthics, the University of Wisconsin has a graduate program focusing on aesthetics.
I have a question though, as you don't seem to know much about this field (no offense), why do you want to want to study it? You might want to speak to some more people before you plunk down a good deal of money to go to college. Good luck.
