They are two totally different devices. Better for what? Better for playing music? Durf, it's going to be an iPod. Better for gaming? Durf, PSP. I personally think iPod is better since I'm more into music than video games. You would probably get more usage out of an iPod, too.

It depends on what you like, I'm guessing a PSP wouldn't be able to fit as many MP3's as the IPOD. But the IPOD cannot play games. So its up to the buyer.

Ipod if you want music
