My Son is In High School Now and It has Always been a Struggle for him to get Good Grades. Not Because He isnt Bright or Capable but because He just Isnt Motivated to Try Harder. We'll Talk and he'll do better. I Do believe that Some teachers Do Make the Difference. As I Know that was The case for me. But Whats the Best Way to get him to Want To Learn. So that he Will Try and Not Just Mope around when he Should be Getting His Work Done?
His Teachers have said that it isnt because he is goofing off with others but Mostly Just from Not turning his work in.
I Know its a Motivation problem Just Dont Know the best way to Turn it around :-s

I RECENTLY MOVED BACK TO THE USA, AND I CANT FIND SEVERAL OF MY OLD FRIENDS, THERE UNLISTED PHONE NUMBERS, THERE E MAIL ADDRESSES. I WAS ONE FOR ALMOST TWENTY YEARS AND HAVE LOST CONTACT WITH ALL BUT TWO, IM WONDERING IF THERE IS SOME WAY TO FIND THEM, IM VERY LONESOME NOW, AND IVE TRIED IN EVERY WAY I COULD THINK OF TO LOCATE THEM.....SOME MOVED OUT OF CHICAGO, GIRLFRIENDS MARRIED SO I DONT KNOW THERE MARRIED NAMES, ETC...PLEASE IF THERE IS A WAY LET ME KNOW AS IM DYING TO FIND THEM...COST DOES NOT MATTER WITHIN REASON OF COURSE I NEED MY FRIENDS BACK....I LIVED IN EAST AFRICA AND HAD LITTLE COMMUNICATION WITH ANYONE ITS NOT LIKE LIVING IN THE USA, VERY LIMITED ACCESS TO MAIL AND PHONE SERVICE....ONLY ABOUT TWO OR IF I WAS LUCKY, I WOULD GET 3 OUT OF 20 OF MY LETTERS TO AND FRO.....MAIL DELIVERY WAS TERRIBLE AND PHONE SERVICE IS SO EXPENSIVE I COULDNT AFFORD TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH MANY OF MY FRIENDS..I WORKED IN AN ORPHANAGE AND GOT PAID VERY LITTLE IF ANY..NOW I NEED HELP,PLEASE !

I have often wondered what happened to this teacher. She was absolutely beautiful and taught at the Sanders Draper School in Hornchurch, Essex. I bumped into her about 18 months after I left school at a gig in Brentwood, that would have been the last time I saw her, which was about 79. she'd be in her mid 50's now I would imagine? Anyone help me? Please don't reply to this if you don't know.

No wisecracks, please! I find that I'm either shredding or ripping up all bar codes on ANY mail that I receive. Someone told me that the bar code and the small numbers under it gives information about the person to whom the mail is addressed to.
