What is the proper address salutation for a school board trustee?

From the answers, one has come close. They listed "The Honorable Board Trustee" as an answer, but I disagree. Congressional reps, judges, and heads of state get "Honorable" as part of their title, but not a locally elected official.

Any thoughts?

A proper slutation would be Dear Sir
