ahh okay welll im a junior right now and ive been thinkin alot about colleges. what are some things that look good on your college application?? and also when you apply for college do you like fill out an application type thing or do u send in a typed up essay about yourself?? thanks soo much guys!

AP courses look great. take enough of them and you can start collage as a sophmore

Good grades and test scores, of course, look good. Extracurriculars, like sports or theatre, also look great. Try volunteering in your community to make your application stand out. Honestly, lately, universities have been looking less for the traditional "well-rounded" student, who's fairly good at a lot of things, and they are focusing on students who have a passion for one or two things. Find something you really like to do, and do it, with all your heart. It will make universities notice you among the thousands of other applicants. Good luck!!!

One small suggestion: Type with proper grammar and capitals, and begin your college career telling yourself that "incorrect writing of anything" is unacceptable. Everyone can use 'spell check'. Do yourself a favour.
