I am a sinlge parent and just applied for a small college. I was able to get a pell grant and student loans but stiol have a balance. I cant afford to pay the balance or even pay abck the student loans. I was told by many perople since I am very low income and a single parent i can get my schooling paid for. I just dont know how to do it. I am only going for 11 months and it costs $12,000 so its not like I am trying to get a lot of money like if i was going to a big college.

Is it possible and a good idea? Anybody know what colleges think about taking classes out of high school?
I heard you don't have to take AP classes to take the test, so self study is also an option. Any advice?

Yay! I just finished my Differential Equations class!
I got the highest grade in the class!!! I got a 97-A. I am VERY happy, and glad that I just switched my major to Mathematics (in June)!!
Just thought I give ya'll 2 points for free :)

Give me any feedback (negative or positive) about south african universities & yr opinion whatever it is. The reason why I chose it is because it has a degree program that I want & didn't find in other distance learning universities. But I'm feeling skeptic about it, I'm afraid they wont accept my degree.
