Yes, it can matter, it can matter in your chances of being admitted to programs that are of interest to you. So you're smart to be asking yourself this question!

It depends on what's of most interest to you within the field of clinical psych. It seems like you may want to take a course or two in biology or chemistry. Some other pre-med courses may be relevant as well. At the same time, I think you'll want to show that you're well-rounded. If there is an education major at your school then I would take some courses there, perhaps. And some humanities and social science courses as well. For example, if there is a medical sociology course offered, I would look into that.

Then when you write your application for grad school, you will want to highlight the fact that you were already conscious of your graduate interests back in college and how they should look at what a great diversity of relevant courses you took.

You should really talk to your college advisor about that. They can tell you everything you need to know about which classes you should take, to achieve different goals. They are goal oriented, and will have the best answer for you. Good luck!

I don't think it matters. Your electives apply to your BS; I don't think you start accruing MS level courses/credit until you're in a Masters program.

any courses that teach about the brain and how it functions...child psych courses are great due to the high incidence of youth at risk..it all depends on what you area you want to specialize in...check with your guidance counselors at school they'll point you in the right direction!
