Financial Aid

I have all of my college paid for and I have other college grants as well. So what happens to those college grants?? I know that if its a scholarship they give the money back to you, but these are state grants. Do they take the money back and give it to other people? Or does it come back to me?

I was out over the summer and when I went to enroll in my class,it was full. I only have two classes to choose from,both of which are full. My aid is up to date through 2007. Will it be effected at all if I sit out this fall also? Thanks

Hello,
I am planning on going back to school next semester, hopefully. The thing is that the last time I was in college(2yr) they took my financial aid away due to poor academic fulfillment and too many withdraws. I am planning on tranferring to another college(4yr), the things is that I dont have a job at the moment and I dont have financial aid, now my questions are: 1) Could I still apply for financial aid at the other instutution and actually get it? 2)Are there any loans that dont require me to have a job or good credit or to fill out the FAFSA? Hello, my name is Albert Custard Jr. and I am an eight grade student at Ellender Middle School in Marrero, Louisiana. I have been nominated to represent my school and my community at the National Young Leaders Conference in Birmingham Alabama.

The Conference brings exceptional middle school and high school students from around the country to an interactive program. I have enclosed the invitation that was mailed to me for you to review. As you can see, this will be a powerful and life changing experience enabling me to interact with many prominent men and women whom most of us only see on television. Attending this conference will enable me to develop my leadership skills and reach my career goals. For me to attend the conference, I have to raise the tuition and travel expenses.

I maintain a 3.8 grade point average. I am an assistant captain in Ellender Middle schools Academic Games program. I have just been inducted into the Junior National Honor Society. I have been awarded six trophies for maintaining an “A” average and I was also awarded two Superintendents awards, 12 honor roll certificates, two scholastic achievement certificates, and five perfect attendance record awards. I also have had the honor of being student of the month. My favorite accomplishment is when I was elected Mayor of a small pretend city in Delgado Community college called Exchange City. I currently work as a screen operator in the Video and Screen Ministry at Greater St. Stephens Full Gospel Baptist Church.

The reason I’m asking for your help, my father is on disability. He was diagnosed with Chronic Congested Heart failure (He has an extremely low heart rate) and could not work ever again, and my mother just makes enough money to keep us going from day to day. That is why I am writing to you today.

My participation in the Conference depends on whether or not I can raise enough money in sponsorship. The tuition is $1404 plus travel expenses. I was also hoping to make a little more money for my parents to come.

I am hoping that you will assist me with just a small donation. My tuition must be paid no later than August 4.

Your support for my sponsorship request would greatly be appreciated.

MY mom is 81 lives on SS and a penision a bankrupty lawyer told she is expment from credt cards companies and told her she need not go go bankrupt but now my bank told me they can freze trhe acct but eventully have to leave her alone anyone out here kow whats the truth, one bank told me that the bank she used to work at would not frezze the acct, because a credito is threating her on the phone , i spoke to the collection agency and they said write them a letter my mom has demita and really has no idea whats going on
