A good one is citiassist, it can be access through www.citiassist.com, they have an electronic application you can fill out and electronically sign. If you are not credit worthy and don't make 18000 a year, you will need a co-signer that does. Hope this helps!

Student loans are risky. But you gotta do what you gotta do and ASAP. Go to websites like Sallie Mae (www.salliemae.com). They have all kinds of private loans you can choose from. Most private loans require you have a cosigner, however. So look for a family member, relative, or friend who is creditworthy(has excellent credit, credit history, employed, etc.) Do this as soon as possible since time is of the essence. If you have credit history and have excellent credit, then you probably won't need a cosigner. But I'd recommend you get one since interest rates tend to be higher without a cosigner. Plus you'd increase your chances of being approved for the loan. Don't request for too many amounts since you gotta pay these off eventually and you don't need to get into huge debt which may damage your credit rating resulting in you not being able to get other loans or buy a house later on.

Next time when you renew your fafsa, do it as early as possible(like very early in the year), so it would lessen some delay and trouble. As soon as you get this done early the sooner you can get your documents done and in order.
