im going back to school with no money and i need to eliminate my car loan

No. Otherwise a lot of people would be consolidating their credit card loans, car loans, etc on student loans for the lower interest rate and go back to school to defer the payments. Sorry you're probably going to have to keep paying your car loan. The only way you can eliminate your car loan is if you have parent willing to pay it off (and you pay them back after you finish school) or you sell the car and pay off the difference on the loan.

It is against the law to use student loan money to pay for a car.
