I worked on the fishing boats in Alaska that leave out of Seattle Harbor. Made a ton of money in just a few weeks time (about 7k in 3 weeks) but went twice during the summer. I went back to school with about 12k after expenses of alcohol and hotel expenses staying up there between ventures.

Don't be afraid of death, plenty of the fishermen never come back.

There's no such animal. Hey!! Did everyone else can a pop-up add about college when they started answering this question? All the money I ever earned was not particulary easy. I know one thing , maybe.....you might want to caddy at a local golf course.
It is VERY hard work, but quick, good money.

Well, if you didn't apply for financial aid, you're probably going to have to take out a private loan. Grants may be harder to obtain because there's probably a lot of other students competing with you for very few grant offerings.

NO, don't get a student loan. GET A JOB and pay for it.

Someone who waits until the last minute to consider finances will default on a loan.

Ask your parents or relatives for help. Or take out a Stafford Loan. Work with your financial aid office, they can help.
