I find the human body so interesting and i want to pursue a career in something on that subject. The problem is that i dont want to become a doctor and i only want to work part time so i can spend time with my family. Are there many options?

well the question is pretty self explanatory. But yeah, i took some pretty advanced courses, and i did okay in them. I got a pretty good score on my sat's a 2200. So do you think I could get into any of the colleges that were previously listed? I really want to go there to become a doctor.

some additional details:
I have been on the varsity swimming team
I am in enviromental club ( 2 years now)
and how 125 hours of volunteer hours, at a hospital.

like the non-academic issue is of a death in the family..i know we have to send in a certificate of death but how important will they look that up to. If we give them that copy, do you know if they will contact the hospital to confirm it..or what do they do (consider it as an important as to why we decide to drop)..plz i need to know how this works so i could make a decision if i think theyy would accept it (otherwise it would be a waste if i do it and they dont approve )i hope u got what i meant...

Right now I'm a sophmore at East High School in buffalo ny
My dream college is Cornell
I really want to go there
last year i was in a boarding school in India my gpa was 3.5 or higher the whole year. I took lots of electives like kathak (indian dance) and gurbani.
9th boarding school
gpa- 3.5 or higher
electives- kathak, yoga, gurbani
10th east
so far i have an 86
i had 85's or higher in all my classes but i got a 65 in ap bio so that dropped my gpa
electives- yoga, karate
i'm also volunteering at my local animal shelter

right now im worried about the 65 in ap bio. I got put in the class by accident by my councelor.

I was wondering what i should do for the rest of my sophmore year and my junior and senior years to have a good chance of getting in to cornell?

Okk. As most of us in school at the moment know, midterms are approaching. (Oh joy, right?)
Well, I want to do the absolute best I can, or close to it. My subjects are as follows:
Drama 2
Algebra 1
Civics (Gifted)
Language Arts (Gifted)
P.E. 2
Spanish Humanities
Science 2(Gifted)
Honors- Spanish Literature and Language

I am in 7th grade but consider myself intelligent. So, tips would be awesome! Anything else, as well!

I'm an 18 year old guy a freshmen and I have found out that a lot of people will be nice to my face and then talk **** about me behind my back. What should i do about this? I know the people who are talking behind my back. Should I confront them or just ignore it? This really bothers me cuz i hate "fake" people?

I tried the career center at my school. They help a little but I'm still very undecided. I'm a sophomore and still have no idea what to do. I've heard horror stories about people who spent five years in college, but never graduated because they kept changing majors and have loads of college loans to pay off. I've seen people with bachelor degrees working in fast food because they can't get a job related to their major. My favorite subject is math, I started to major in math but I haven't been doing well in my courses. I feel like maybe I should start looking into something else.. I think I should drop out and take a year off to decide what to do. I already know my parents would go crazy if I told them about thinking about this but I want to know what other people think. If I do drop out what do you suggest I do? I don't want to work at a fast food joint, I want to do something productive.
