I want to know what courses to take in college that will help me major to be a nutrionist?

depends on the school that you plan to receive your nutritional science degree from....they usually have a 4 year map of courses that you need to take. As far as pre-reqs go you are looking at :

Human A&P I and II
Biology I and II
General or Inorganic Chem I and II
Organic Chem I
Biochem I
Human Nutrition

and maybe Microbiology and/or Physics depending on the school
