So if you do the 4-year college rotc thing what happens after you graduate? do you go serve in the army in war? and if so for how long?

umm im in 12th grade and my grades are decent or average but i have a terrible attendence. so far this year i have about 10 absences and at least 6 latenesses. after 12th grade i plan on going to prep school to get my grades better to get into a good college. But i wanted to know would a prep school accept me considering my bad attendance record ? p.s. what kind of GPA do they look for ?

Basically i need a single site that will give me a bunch of current events...besides yahoo. Something with a data base of something. I need to do a bunch of extra credit for my french class and one of the things i can do is show an article about france and write a little summary, i can do as many of these assingnment as i want. My math teacher is from Africa and hardly speaks English, so there was a huge communication barrier, and on top of that, I've just always been bad at math.

So I just stopped going to class after about the first month.

Now I've been trying to e-mail him and meet up with him to talk about dropping the class, but it's been almost IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of him. So now I'm just taking a really really low F.

I know it's just my first semester, and I'm taking the class again next semester, with a much better teacher....things shouldn't be too bad right? RIGHT????

I'm a junior in high school, by the way. For those people who know about the different forms of expository writing, this is a "definition" essay. It's for my AP English Language class. I'm supposed to use some literary references too. But all I'm asking you for is ideas; I'm still in the brainstorming phase.

Can you think of a name similar to Tyson?

I'm re homing a little dog, that at the moment is called Tyson
he is four, so i dont want to completely confuse him and go for a totally different name! but dont like the name Tyson for him.

Can you think of something similar ?

maybe with the "Ty" bit
or
with the "son" at the end

I've already thought of Dyson!!!

To make my question clearer, and to put it in context. I photographed somebody, and interviewed them to put a quote in the caption to go with the photo. They said “That’s why we smoke and that, cos there’s nothing to do.” Should I leave it like this, or maybe take out a word, and correct their english? to leave with me with this: “That’s why we smoke, because there’s nothing to do.”
