umm im in 12th grade and my grades are decent or average but i have a terrible attendence. so far this year i have about 10 absences and at least 6 latenesses. after 12th grade i plan on going to prep school to get my grades better to get into a good college. But i wanted to know would a prep school accept me considering my bad attendance record ? p.s. what kind of GPA do they look for ?

prep schools look at your GPA and other things but bad attendance won't hurt you. Prep schools will just take your money. Colleges on the other hand look closely at your attendance as well as your GPA and extracurricular activities.
