if he were alive....hmmmm do you mean as in adjusted to our way of life?....if so then he would probably feel the same way as everyone else does....it would be nothing new nor surprising to him...now if you are speaking in terms of only knowing what he did during his lifetime in the 1700s and then seeing what is going on now then i seriously doubt it would affect him much...he would not be able to comprehend what it means because they didnt have such knowledge (or at least it wasnt brought to light because it wasnt felt to be important).....and we are talking about a man who had wooden dentures....if he cant fathom dentures that are not that uncomfortable he would lock up the first crazy loon who started shouting about polar ice caps and the new ice age and global flooding in the stockade immediately
