My college is not working for me. I've had bad luck scheduling again, and I'm only able to take 12 credits because this school has too many students and too few of classes. So after this year I'll have a grand total of 24 credits for the year. I've gotten bad advising and had to drop several credits in the past being placed in the wrong level of class, and advisors that aren't helpful. Housing has been a living hell and I'm moving into one of the university apartments next year but that is botched too and I got an incorrect assignment and they won't admit we were placed wrong. I just feel like I can't win here. The reason I've stayed so long is that I'm on the track and field team, it's divison 2, my coach was a 5x national champion and we've got the best team in the conference. I love the track team, but I hate the college. I don't know if the team is enough to make me stay here two more years after this. I already feel like I won't be able to graduate in four years now.

I lost my school book somewhere between 5th period and the next morning. My 6th period teacher did not find a book the next day when I asked. My 7th period lost and found did not show up with my book. There is a very very small chance I left it in 8th period. I remember putting the book in my bag going home, yet the next day when I opened it ( and searched everything, two times ) I couldn't find it. Where could my book possibly be?

This is driving me nuts now, you know how when GOLF was invented it was a male only sport and its name came from Gentlemen only ladies forbidden, and POSH for rich people was port out starboard home, well the words I am looking for is WOG and WOP, I know that now they are used as very unfriendly and racist terms, I mean no offence. But my husbands greatgrandfather who died in 2002 aged 103 told me this story, he was in India as a very young man I am guessing in the last days of the British Empire, when the first plane landed, he said , I quote "the wogs fell to their knees and buried their faces in the dirt" when i expressed my displeasure at such a word he told me what it meant, and I think he said it was Western oriental gentleman or western oriental person for wop, but i can't see how that is right as india is neither western or oriental, so my memory must be faulty, does anyone know.
