My son is finishing up 2nd grade and he is really struggling. He just doesn't seem to like school much though he gets along well with everybody--just doesn't like the whole rigid structure.

My problem is that his personality and mine absolutely do not get on well together! I am a former teacher and am comfortable with teaching but am afraid that our constant head butting will continue through out the school day. He has three siblings and there is the possibility that he might respond well to the alone time with Mom. I just don't know what to do.

My husband doesn't think it's a good idea and he is normally very intuitive about what is going on with the boys and he knows me well! He also hates anything out of the ordinary and I am afraid the "strangeness" of it may be biasing him against it!

My husband is thinking about attending pharmacy school but we don't even know where to start. He'll be getting his MS in chemistry in one year.

When do we start applying?

I am studying the civil war and especially the assassination of Lincoln. A question is very much bothering me and it would be of great help to me if you answer.

Is there any evidence (and if there is, please state or link your resources) whether Booth actually killed Lincoln, or whether Booth he was forced to? If not Booth, then who else? John Parker, the faulty bodyguard? Or Crooks? What about Mary Tod Lincoln? Or Harry Clay Ford?

Either way, if I were presenting this in a court, what would some tricks be to convince a judge/jury that Booth is innocent?

I have 2 more years of high school. I have been taking Astronomy this semester, at a community college with a "B" grade average. I've checked 3 college courses dealing with Journalism and 2 on Screenwriting. Got the text books from their library on each of the courses (2 at a time) and discovered I can learn college level studies. A professor stated if I can do it, I should take the courses with approval of the high school instructors to get letters of recommendation from them. What do you suggest? High school isn't that necessary for me. For others, yes. After all, its what you can produce in those fields, not what you learn outside those fields, like courses having nothing to do with what I want in college.

I was reading that not all medical schools require a bachelor's degree in order to get in... so I was wondering... what are some tips/ways that I can get in without getting a bachelor's degree because I want to become a Radiation Oncologist and that takes 13 years to achieve...and it would be 11 if I get accepted with just an Associates degree in Science. Trying to figure out what I have to do grades to get GPA up to 2.5

I have a cumulative average GPA of 2.448 sitting at 58 hours.

I am currently taking 14 hours ( four classes )

What GPA do I have to make in these four classes to get my GPA to 2.5?

*** I also have another 3 credits coming in from a community college. This is 3 hours, and an A. This needs to be included.
