I'm trying to decide between focusing on becoming a published writer or going to college...what should I do?

Writing is my passion and my dream is to be a published writer, but I wonder if it would be smarter to go to college. I write novels, so having a degree would not help me get published in any way. I'm a widowed, single mother of four, so I know I wouldn't have enough time to do both. I worry that if I go to college, between the classes and the kids, I won't have time to write. But I also worry that the writing may not work out, and then I'd need a degree as a back up plan. Financially, I am very stable, so I can afford to do either.

If you cut a class in high school, does it go on your record?

Theres this special field trip for certain classes and well.. one of my teachers said shes not gonna sign our paper if we're not passing her class.

i was just planning to turn in my sheet without her sig and have it a cut, but i dont want it to scar me for college or anything.

If I weighed a sample to the nearest milligram instead of to the nearest centigram...?

would my density calculations be more accurate?

(My guess was that it wouldn't be much different at all. It would pretty much be the same answer...is that right?)

how come that Greek and Roman soldiers have such perfect six packs??!!!?

hey there,

i'm sure that many of you have noticed (whether it was on their marble statues or paintings or other resources) that Roman & Greek males are always with perfect muscular bodies and perfectly shaped six packs...cause as a gym member..i know this needs hard work to get (including good nutritional program, a personal trainer, etc...)
