would my density calculations be more accurate?

(My guess was that it wouldn't be much different at all. It would pretty much be the same answer...is that right?)

Yes it will be more accurate, but it wouldn't be the correct answer if the required answer should be in centigram.
1 cg = 10 mg
1 mg = 0.1 cg

Yes the density would be more accurate

1/1000 gram=milligram
1/100 gram=centigram

1 g = 1,000 mg so the nearest is a. because it equals 14,721 mg b. is irrelevant because 3its last digit in inferior to 5.
