well, i am in london and dont want to go to oxford to study in oxford uni. i want to know if there is any affilatred institutions in london where i can study the course oferred by the uni and write the exams

This entire concept doesn't make sense. It would be like asking if there were any colleges in New York which provide University of California postgraduate courses. Oxford is a city housing a university. London is a different city.

I'm afraid the short answer is no. English Unis don't affiliate to other cities
