I was accepted to Loyola University Chicago, and they gave me a $30,000 scholarship (~$7,400 per year) already. However, tuition costs ~$27,000 per year, and this doesn't include the cost of housing and books etc., which bring the price up nearly 10k more. I am 17 years old, a senior in high school, have a relatively packed school schedule, and make about $70 per week...half of which goes into keeping my car going. In my savings account, there is about $800, and that is all I have to pay for my college with. On my FAFSA form, the expected contribution is 11400 or something high, so I know I'm not eligible for a Pell Grant. However, my parents are not helping one cent with my tuition or any other college things. I have checked out Loyola for other scholarships and am not eligible for any of them.

I really want to attend LUC this fall, but it feels like I'm all out of options! How can I get more help to go to Loyola, or what alternatives do you suggest? I'm at the end of my wits!

I got the essay question today.
The question is that expain how political campaigns of the Gilded Ages were "all show and no go".

I live on Long Island and i am a senior in HS. My options for next year are SUNY Buffalo, and SUNY Albany. I plan to major in business and both schools have a great 5 year MBA program. I am also a huge sports fan which Buffalo basicially sucks and Albany has been in the NCAA basketball tournament 2 straight years and their lacrosse is sick this year. I originaly liked the idea of a big campus, but I am starting to like Albany. My parents are leaning towards Buffalo.
