Italicize. You always italicize ANY type of title in the APA style.

If it is just written in the paper itself, you can italicize it or underline it. This day and age, italicizing is the most common form. Underlining is from when they had typewriters and couldn't do the fancy things we can :P

It should look like so, but in italics

"According to the newspaper article entitled 'Women Take on High Profile Battle Field Roles',....."
