I would like to write a compaint ( petition) to the congressman.
Could anybody suggest me a website or a link where I can find a sample of the compaints to the congressmen?

Search on your main page for your congressman's name. Or, you can search for a list of congressmen and their addresses. Either of these should give you a start (it did it for me). Happy hunting! Besides that, I hope you get some assistance with your complaint. All I got was an acknowledgment of my e-mail.

It really depends on which congressman. And, is it national or state? That will determine the laws that dictate your congressman's publishing of records.
