I was accepted to Loyola University Chicago, and they gave me a $30,000 scholarship (~$7,400 per year) already. However, tuition costs ~$27,000 per year, and this doesn't include the cost of housing and books etc., which bring the price up nearly 10k more. I am 17 years old, a senior in high school, have a relatively packed school schedule, and make about $70 per week...half of which goes into keeping my car going. In my savings account, there is about $800, and that is all I have to pay for my college with. On my FAFSA form, the expected contribution is 11400 or something high, so I know I'm not eligible for a Pell Grant. However, my parents are not helping one cent with my tuition or any other college things. I have checked out Loyola for other scholarships and am not eligible for any of them.

I really want to attend LUC this fall, but it feels like I'm all out of options! How can I get more help to go to Loyola, or what alternatives do you suggest? I'm at the end of my wits!

1. If you have a high EFC and your parents won't help you can get legally emancipated. Let your parents know you aren't doing it to hurt them, just so you are eligible for more money. This will make you an independent on FAFSA and eligible for considerably more money.
2. Private loans. You can go to local banks and try for private loans. You can also try Sallie Mae.

3. Scholarships. You can always try for more scholarships.

Use google, Examples:
scholarships + women
scholarships + african american
scholarships + health

Note:
The school you want to attend has their own scholarships as well (which you already know since you are getting one)
