and said he felt that his teacher had been on at him for nothing? he was looking at a piece of paper (which was the milk list) because he had seen his name on it, so as he was looking at it, his teacher said " thats not for you noisy kid!" loud enough for all his class to hear! even the class assistant said to the teacher that she felt that it was a bit harsh calling him that, and then the teacher just laughed! My son is not a naughty kid, he's bright and well mannered. He said the other day there was a boy laughing quitely next to him and she called my son and said are you laughing and he said back "sorry no miss" she said "are you being smart!?"but he wasnt. I feel as a mother I should go and have a word with his teacher, but my son said I should'nt he will deal with it? I;d like to see what everyone else thinks. Is he right? should I leave him to it and hope he can handel her or should I point out to the teacher that she is being unfair?

Well ... the Amercian society is getting to the point where a college education is the norm for the majority ..... and is the standard, as a high school education was for the previous generations.

Given .... a college education opens doors and such but .....

Do you rate it over life experience and personal qualities ? Is it any more effective than on the job experience combined with training sessions ??? What percentage of jobs really requires a college degree ?

In English, there is only so much alliteration that the traffic can bear. For example, "...and as the sunlight began to pale, the flutes screnaded the dale, and the boy's heart would swell and drift into a gentel dream."
This is my translation homework which is very tough for me because I'm not a native English speaker.
Could someone help explain me the said phrase, please?

As I said there are writers who didn't study languages and literatures at the university...and they are actually the center of the teachers job, the discipline..Then why must a teacher pass so many exams and inspections?(Europe)Since the writer haven't at least attended a week of courses at University ..in languages and literatures...?
Then it is easy to be a writer then a teacher..who must know all the good writers and famous..from the begining of the world..
I think that there are too many exams at the faculty of languages and literature and too many books to read (Europe).Maybe neither my own angel cannot endure to read them all in order to help me..pass the exam..although it is obviously he can read faster...
Then there should be a single exam ...the one when you obtain the job at that public or private school...Being obliged to pass suplementary exams along the next years.. it is something like a betrayal..because the teacher has already convinced along many exams . 54 exams ..
