Five but one was for a minor medical procedure and the others for true medical issues. I've had bronchitis, strep, and pinkeye more than once each so far this year! (Little darlings!)

Two. I should have taken more, but it's a pain in the butt to get everything ready for the sub and correct everything when I get back. Some days it's just easier to go to school sick.

I have over 160 sick days in reserve that I have not taken over the years.
