On my report card this semester i have all a's and b's except in math i have an 81. Ive always had good grades and have never made below a b on a report card until now. My parents expect alot out of me and they are gonna be really mad when they see this. What do i do to make them not be so mad? And its not just me because alot of my friends made f's and d's in that class.

I am a preschool teacher and I had a parent complain about me singing a song with 9 planets during circle time. What do people think about changing a planet song with 4 year olds, I think it is silly to expect a 4 year old to understand that pluto used to be a planet but not any more..Any suggestions

I am an elementary education major, and have been doing clinicals in several classrooms. I have been noticing a trend to move away from individual desks for the students and instead have them at large tables. Going through school the only grades I had tables in were kindergarten and sixth. I myself kind of preferred the desks, because I had a place to keep all of my things and it was easy to find what I needed. This classroom I am working in now has tables and it seems really awkward. The students keep their books and folders in cardboard holder and some of their items such as glue and scissors are kept in a tub on another shelf in the room. As a teacher do you see more advantages to using tables rather than desks? What are your thoughts?

I'm having a little trouble with this problem about pascal's triangle.

I'm supposed find the connection between the number of rows in the triangle, and sum of all numbers in the triangle.

For example: If there are 2 rows in in the triangle, the sum of all the numbers in the triangle would be 3.

So... i have to find the the sum of all the numbers in the triangle if I had 50 rows in the triangle.
Also the same thing with "n"
