I am doing an oral book report for school tomorrow, and I tend to get very nervous. I get shaky, sweaty, and when I get up to give it, I tend to talk fast. When this happens, my mouth gets full of saliva, and I swallow during the middle of my sentences, making it sound choppy and hard to follow. I need some ideas on how to keep the anxiety and nervousness down long enough to give a 2 minute report. Any advice anyone could give would be appreciated.

In this paragraph I put (Charen 700) 3 times. Should I just only put it once at the last quotation of the paragraph?

She also counters the argument for supporting stem cell research by appealing to the value of morals. She states that the fear of using organs from executed criminals might “introduce temptations to the administration of capital punishment”(Charen 700) that would be immoral. Essentially, she is arguing that it would be unfair and immoral to impact the criminal’s right to a fair trial by questioning the number of lives that could be saved if the criminals were put...
